How do I determine 5k+ serial number ? Also, what is the process to update the firmware ?

Its on a sticker on the bottom.
New firmware versions are automatically installed when a newer version of pitool is started and the HMD is on.

Thank you. I really appreciate that.
The new Pitool software apparently cant communicate with my Vive lighthouse. The HMD is not seen despite it being in the field of view.
Any advise to make the connection?
FIX: I turned off the lighthouse and first established a connection with the HMD, then turned the lighthouse back on. That did the trick.
