If you’re talking about a store account, it doesn’t seem to be able to be changed by the user. I opened a ticket with support. The invoice will be created based on your store account information, so if your name is wrong, it will be stopped by customs. In my case, I think it was partly due to good timing, but with some manipulation on the part of Pimax, the account information was corrected within minutes and an invoice was provided for me to submit to customs
