Having problems with sound on my 5K plus. Have tried several different head phones and same problem. The sound insert plug on the head set seems very loose. To get any sound out of it one must wiggle the insert plug until sound is heard…and then only thru one ear piece…wiggle it some more and sound comes out the left ear piece …but not the right…wiggle it again and sound comes out the right ear piece…but not the left. Cannot get sound to work thru both ear pieces at once. The plug insert on the headset feels very loose inside…is there a way to open up the headset to see inside?

One thing to try is an audio headset that has 3 bands like a cell phone plug that has mic. (Mic won’t work on plugged in phones).
