A further 50 dollars off the 8K+ for plans A,B,C and D, 100 dollars to the 8KX. Users who already ordered are getting a refund of the difference.

Sorta refund from Pimax?
What if people just want to upgrade to Deluxe headphone and no “refund.” They should send email to backers who order early without option to select Deluxe headphone. Total amount add up without “refund.”

Have you tried raising a ticket?
Did go in to the store and is still 1199 for 8k-x with deluxe audio.
