I got one of the Kickstarter (backer #6743) packages back in 2018 and still have no controllers.
When are they being released? I paid for them three years ago T_T

Can we have an update on this as pimax should understand that these kinds if actions only continues to sour pimaxās reputation.

I was recently told we are now shipping from the warehouse in China. Iāll double check to be certain.

Thatās cool and appreciated. However it doesnāt answer why there was no update when they failed to ship by pimaxās announced end of Oct and now were almost a month later that suggests most likely will not receive til after the new year.

I feel this is going to be another DMAS situation, with these controllers anyway. Weāre info a bit of a let down. Iām trying to be optimistic about lack of joystick and buttons but Iām pretty sure its going to suck.
Paradise Decay is pretty blunt about why the swords fail for him. Also oddly enough, Pimax told PD that they are still looking at adding Joysticks to the swords? WTF? This mixed messaging is damaging to my Psyche.
Pimax if you guys do figure out how to add a joystick, I hope we will get a return policy to get the swords with joystick for free.

The potential issue of the trackpad positioning not good. Be curious id one could get his glove size as a reference for possible minimum hand size. Sounds like the Trackpad area should have been bumped back a bit and angled slightly up va flat.

I thought the same, I think i remember some being concave in the center (canāt remember which one that was i had in hands) -that and the tilting you mentioned. I personally also prefer joysticks - just gives better haptic feedback to what input you are givingā¦

Yes, watching his review it caused me concern as well. I never even considered not being able to reach the full circumference of the trackpad.
Trackpads are such a bad Ideaā¦ 
I think Iām getting them as opposed to refunding so I can place then on my wall as a constant reminder of Pimax promises.
Contact him, maybe he has an account on these forums. Itās hard to imagine anyone with a Pimax headset NOT being a member of these forums, as the headset is almost impossible to take full advantage of without the support.
If I hear a review on Pimax products by a youtuber and I find our he doesnāt have a forum account I dismiss their review on account of they clearly didnt try hard enough

It just sounds like they may have not paid attention to ergonomics with just using someoneās hand as a model instead of using several different hand sizes.
Though how he started the review does seem bias. But maybe validated as well.
BTW - pimax non sense again as it seems the endless verify your address bs and have to spell out you want the controllers is required. Really starting to be quite annoyed. So yes it is likely non backers and non pre orders will receive before us
Next batch isnāt expected until Dec 13; meaning we likely wonāt see them until after the New Year.

If there is one thing org Touch got right it is balance. They just float in your hands making on the fly adjustment easy.
i always thought Sword looked a little awkward and the vid doesnāt discourage that thinking.
