[Discussion]The discussion of service system

Dear backers,

We plan to launch some fast and efficient management tools in May, as we announced two days ago.

Our R&D team has discussed with ODOO goden partner in China. And we plan to build up our ticket system, RMA system, Repair system, KB system and CRM system based on ODOO, which is an open source ERP platform.

It was said that ODOO is widely used in Europe, and please share us your comments on ODOO if you have experience or you are a expert. We need your comments of the ODOO platform like advantages, disadvantages, the partnership of partners&engineers, etc.

We always believe that we have most creative developers who are much more familiar with this area than us.

I have no experience with this particular framework (and I have used a lot of them), but what about the system in use by Pimax USA? and the EU office? Why do you need to use another system in China?
