Undefined input signal fixed. Tested with Pitool V1.0.1.121

- Potentially fixed undefined device controllers not working (e.g. Pimax with Vive wands)

I can confirm that the fix has worked for me/my controllers are now working in game. I DO only have the pale blue ‘ghost’ outline of my controllers, in game, making them harder to see with the inventory background but apart from that - so far so good
