I haven’t posted anything here in ages, but I’ve been reading most of the posts.
It sure feels good if we can expect the headsets already this summer, but I can’t find any confirmation in any thread that Pimax has solved the problem with custom duty. Does anyone have any info in that matter?

I thought they previously said they would ship units from a regional warehouse to deal with that.

Living in Switzerland, I hope they allow shipping from China without taxes and the shipping company charges it.
The worst companies are those, who force us to pay +30% more in Europe because of “taxes” even though taxes are only 7.7% here.

I live in portugal and same “#”# hapens. but taxes are 23% and sometimes in customs i pay 50% or more of the product price.
@deletedpimaxrep1, pimax should send all products and full packs from europe, and try hard to avoid taxes. Otherwise we’re screwed
I believe that the custom duties should be “harmonized” in the EU and for this kind of equipment I would expect it to be zero. The VAT is however another thing and is regulated by each country individually according to its own tax law. (Swiss is of course an exception.)
