Controller pairing problem

I already used both controllers at the same time.
Now in Rec Room, a controller was virtually “on the ground” (real in my hand). Restarted him, he disappeared.
I can not connect him anymore. The LED light on the controller light is blue, not green.
Nevertheless, PiTool claims I have to turn one controller off to log on another.
What shoud that? I have two connected, but one does not appear?

Can I delete all controllers?

I have this happening sometimes, cant recall how i fix it but its either restarting the pitool service or rebooting my computer.

here is your fix:

close all pitool software on task manager, then go here and delete EVERYTHING

C:\Users{user name}\AppData\Local\Pimax\runtime

after that, restart your computer, that should fix it
