I’d wish to cancel my preorder P123484 with Pimax 5K. I have deceded to wait till eye tracking and foveated rendering will be available. It was said that order could be canceled any time before it was shipped. I’ve sent three emails to preorder@pimaxvr.com, but no one have replied.
I’ve got reply from preorder@pimaxvr.com, but it seems they do not want to cancel my order, though it was not shipped yet. So information about being able to cancel order at any time before it was shipped is not true?
Same here with order P122881, they refuse to refund
