Can not access my account

Sso i can not login and asked for a fix. I was told to just start a new account. Now i have a new account but all the stuff i paid for but did not get is gone and it no longer shows the $300 DEPOSIT .

WHAT SHOULD I DO.

File a ticket with original account details.

Hi

It did not work. I even tried forgot password and it said no account asociated with that email.

I put in a ticket and the email said to login to track ticket. If i could login i would not need a ticket. Lucky i still have the email showing what i paid for but never got.
