Just wondering if there has been any thought in using high hertz OLED screens with shuttered lenses to get the same effect that 3D glasses and 3D monitors use to have a binocular effect across the entire field of vision. This may also solve the problem of having to have displays so close to the eyes. 1 larger 4k OLED screen a bit further away from the eyes, with shuttered lenses, and more room for custom lenses to increase FOV. Just daydreaming.
