Backer case re edited

I have repaired the 3d model and split in in 2 pieces left and right
and also removed the upper buttons (will be hard to press whit hard plastic)
it will be mutch easier so 3d print this whit a smaller 3d printer and flipped it so it does not need so mutch support material.
the model can then be glued together or taped

its was just an simpel fast idea . what you think?
i can share the file if someone interested

I made smaller versions of each corner because my printer is tiny . But protects the crucials parts the corners . Sandpaper finish is next
I will use thick tape on the inside as spacers so its snugs fit

There are a number of ways to improve the finish of 3D finished parts. Warm acetone vapors are one such approach, which would give a much smoother finish than sandpaper. This will also make the finished print stronger, by bonding the layers together more completely.
