Is the Mura effect following your head while moving like if you would be wearing a dirty visor or does the “dirt” pattern changes depending on what is displayed?
Yes, it does (follow). It is physical variations in the output across the display panel, and is a static pattern (albeit “illuminated” differently, depending on the pixel value).
