8K X backer - Pimax inability/unwillingness to communicate unacceptable

Tracking my issue and my experience here:

JIRA support site broken - cannot create account/sign in
Support e-mail advertised in KS updates/on forums unresponsive
Google spreadsheet allegedly by Pimax - not disclosed, incorrect
Pimax not listed as GDC exhibitor

It is one kind of failure for a Kickstarter to deliver on time, or have hardware that is not as promised. It is a completely different, and utterly unacceptable kind of failure to be this negligent, or evasive, with respect to communication to backers.


backer? i ain’t even a backer, i’m supposed to be in the safe pool… what the hell is their infrastructure.
