The problem: PiTool shows status changing every few seconds between ‘Pimax 5K Plus’ and ‘Not Tracked’. In the HMD is see too large white boxes flashing around me, like i’m floating in the middle. I have tried the basic stuff, tried different USB and Display Ports, unplugged everything else, Restarted PC, Checked Firmware Updates / Steam Updates ( on 1.1.4).
Any Advice?

Sorry Pimax, followed some tips from other threads, all working now.
I uninstalled steam USB drivers, and deleted lighthouse config files.
Thank you Pimax, great headset, no dead pixels.
Very slight lens distortion but really nothing to worry about, brain soon forgets.
Image a bit dim but hopefully there will be a brightness option soon.
Face cushion way to big, using the narrow face interface from my original vive.

makes me wonder where my 5k+ is since my backer number is like half of yours
Im gonna guess he is in the UK seeing as thats where every new shipment first arrives.
