120 HZ mode blurry but clear with 90 hz

I am having this odd issue, i have been using 90 hz and games looks crisp and clear, but when i try using 120 hz everything turns blurry, my SN is the 203 and using pitool V1.0.1.285. Anyone have an idea why this is happening?

Turn fpsVR and check do you have minimum 120fps all the time

Check you don’t have auto resolution set in Steam.

Also keep in mind that SteamVR Home and some/all Valve games automatically adjust your supersampling based on performance (regardless of your SteamVR SS settings), so they might be compensating for the extra frames by lowering your resolution.
